CMAT tool

The Cardio Metabolic Assessment Tool (CMAT) is a free of charge, simple to use case finding toolkit designed to identify, quantify and prioritise patients who require further clinical management to achieve better disease control and/or reduce cardiovascular risk.
 

• CMAT has been approved by the IM&T department at NHS North of Tyne for use in practices
• CMAT information is not sent anywhere, it stays on the one desktop computer in the practice that the software is installed upon.
• CMAT is easy to install and remove
• CMAT does not attach itself to your clinical system and does not need to be installed on your server

CMAT training was provided to West practice managers at an event on 1st October 2009, however further queries or assistance in the use of CMAT can be directed to Julian Given at Blue River Consulting.
